
Dr. Yaron Zoller is a teaching faculty III and the director of the Business Scholars program at the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an adjunct professor of management at Nova Southern University (FL) and Lakeland University (WI). He has experience teaching management, organizational behavior, leadership, strategy, critical thinking, business communication, organizational change, international business and human resource courses. He specializes in the study of organizational behavior, cross-cultural effects on management practices, history of management, and the development of effective leaders and followers. He is published in the Journal of Management history, American Journal of Psychology, and Aging, neuropsychology, and cognition. Zoller is an active member, presenter and reviewer at the Academy of Management (AOM) and Academy of International Business (AIB)-Midwest Region, and has presented at Academy of Management annual meetings as well as at the MBAA International conference and the International Neuropsychological Society. He holds a Doctoral in Business Administration (DBA) degree in management from NSU (FL), and a master's degree in psychology and a bachelor's degree in neuropsychology both from Florida Atlantic University. Before joining academia, Zoller spent a decade working for a multi-national technology firm in the areas of software and quality assurance. He also served in the Israeli Defense Force from 1993-1998, rising to the rank of Lieutenant.
